Hi, I’m Erin Trowbridge, a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at the business I built seven years ago, Four Peas Consulting. One of my favorite parts of my job is watching clients have those “aha moments” when something clicks for them and helps them overcome an obstacle they’ve been stuck behind. As a business owner myself, I know how scary it feels going off on your own and leaving the perceived security of traditional employment. But I learned quickly that with the right support system, it’s more than possible to run a successful, thriving business on your own - a decision I would make a million times over again. 

I also know firsthand that most businesses want to grow, but understanding how growth happens is often misunderstood. The marketing function in your business is all about making a connection between an audience (both customers and non-customers) and your product or service for long-term revenue growth. Together, we learn to focus on your audience first; my marketing approach and that of the Four Peas Consulting is to follow your customers’ journey so we can help you identify where dollars should be invested with the largest return. I not only help develop creative concepts, but work with data and numbers to devise a plan for your marketing operations to support ongoing success.
