Jess Wayne, Financial Coach
& Consultant

Hi, I’m Jess Wayne, a Financial Coach, Consultant, and founder of Jess Wayne Coaching. As a mom of three boys, a photographer, a farmer’s wife, and an entrepreneur, I know firsthand the challenges women and business owners face in managing their finances while juggling everything life throws at them. My own financial journey started during a difficult time when my husband had emergency back surgery. Balancing the farm and family, I took on the task of managing our finances and, in the process, paid off $100K in debt.

I help creatives, entrepreneurs, and moms who feel overwhelmed or stressed by their finances regain control and clarity. Whether you’re struggling to keep track of cash flow, feeling unsure about pricing your services, or simply need a plan to get out of debt, I’m here to provide the guidance and support you need. With my personalized approach, we’ll work together to break down the complexities of your financial situation into manageable steps. I’ll teach you how to create a realistic budget, manage cash flow, and set up systems that make financial decisions less daunting and more empowering.

I’m passionate about taking the fear and confusion out of finances by equipping you with custom tools and strategies that align with your unique goals—whether it’s growing your business, paying off debt, or creating long-term financial stability. My goal is to help you not only understand your money but to feel confident in using it to build a thriving business and a fulfilling life. By demystifying the numbers and removing the emotional stress tied to money, I help you step into financial empowerment and unlock opportunities for growth.

Together, we’ll create a plan that empowers you to build a financial future that feels balanced, confident, and in control. Let’s make your money work for you, so you can focus on what really matters—living the life you want!

Jess was amazing to work with. I never once felt judged by her. She is so easy to talk to and she allows you to live your life while paying off your debts.
