Passionate about leadership and personal growth, I have always sought opportunities to expand my own potential and uplift those around me. While considering a career shift to become a leadership trainer and coach, I remained open to the right timing. And when that "aha" moment finally arrived, it was during a job interview where my fascination with leadership and team-building overshadowed my interest in finance. Recognizing the perfect moment for change, I gracefully stepped away from the interview process and wasted no time in officially establishing my own business in November 2022.

Joining the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team of leadership development and earning my MBA has only excelled my abilities in supporting professionals to attain clarity amidst the challenges impeding their progress, whether in team or individual settings. Through a collaborative approach, I craft strategic action plans that systematically address and overcome these obstacles, ultimately paving the way for the successful achievement of their goals.
