Hi, I'm Monica, owner of Little Pencil, a multilingual business development and virtual assistant organization that helps small business owners with project management on a global scale. Growing up in a family of small business owners, I've always felt a deep connection to the entrepreneurial spirit and the unique challenges that come with it. This personal background has given me a special insight into the needs of small business owners, who often don't have the time or energy to focus on tasks outside their expertise. Instead, they prefer to concentrate on the parts of their business they enjoy the most.

At Little Pencil, we don't just help with building strategic plans based on years of experience; we also offer additional resources like interpretation services through a team of multicultural experts. We work with clients helping them with organization, operations, and strategic growth plans, while also taking on things that need to be done not to be done by you necessarily! Our goal is to provide peace of mind and reduce stress for our clients, and this has been some of the best feedback received from those we've had the pleasure to work with. I value flexibility above all, allowing me to prioritize family and represent the less represented.
